"If a man hasn't discovered something that he will die for, he isn't fit to live."
Martin Luther King, Jr., speech, Detroit, Michigan, June 23, 1963
Dr. King was slain for what he believed in with every single cell of his heart. Is there anything in your life that you are passionate for? Anything you would be willing to die for? It has been said that one of man's greatest tragedy is having no purpose. What drives you? What satisfies you? What are you living for? Have you ever thought about it?_________________________________________________________________________________
In other news, welcome to a new weekly feature: MUSIC MONDAYS! My piano skills aren't up to par. "Diaphragm" sounds more like a medical disease rather than a muscle I should know well. Yet, God reminds me that what He's given me is beautiful. so............I'm hoping that I"ll be able to stick to this; but my goal is to be able to post a video per week so that I can practice my vocal/piano abilities, as well as encourage others :)
To me, music is this magical, rare thing that can make you feel love, heartbreak, excitment, & joy all in one happy bunch.
well, enough talk. Here's a wonderful song that has blessed many of us this weekend.
Yours & His, (sorry Jimmy Needham, i'm totally jacking your line here)
