..quiche, that is! Quiche Lorraine is basically "Ham & Cheese Quiche" in French.
I made it for the first time and I was definitely pleased with the results!
The flaky pie crust just melts in your mouth :) 
I chopped up some honey ham from thanksgiving and caramelized some onions to give it a little more character.. I think it lent some awesome flavors.
